CHAPINSERTS.COM Policies/Details - My goal is to help make your show day less hectic. I will do my best to accommodate your particular situation or needs.

Prices given are per pair (two inserts one for each leg).

All insert orders are "semi-custom" and are made upon ordering. Orders generally ship within 48 hours - custom colors may take longer. If a circumstance occurs that your order may be delayed you will be notified via email.  Standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, within the US typical delivery time is two to three days after shipping.

All "Express" Orders are shipped the next business day.

If for some reason the YKK #10 Heavy Duty zippers used by in the chap inserts are not compatible with your chaps you may:

1. Return inserts for a full refund within three business days (less shipping but no additional fees).

2. We can work together to find out what zipper you have and find a compatible zipper for your inserts.

3. Send your chaps and I will change out the zippers on your chaps to match.

4. Send your chaps and I will sew the neoprene into your chaps.
